“To the world, Buck Owens was a country music icon, but to me, he was simply Dad. This year marks 20 years since his passing, 60 years since Live at Carnegie Hall, and on Aug. 12, he would have turned 97. Releasing ‘Together Again’ felt like the perfect way to honor him. Johnny Owens launched his upcoming full-length tribute album with the release of “Act Naturally,” the first single from the 10-track collection honoring the remarkable career and lasting legacy of his father, Buck Owens.
